IFENOVA Return & Refund Policy

At IFENOVA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy is simple:

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items should be returned in their original condition, unused where possible, and with original packaging and accessories.

2. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us before returning it. We will provide the appropriate instructions.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and checked, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Where required by UK consumer law, your statutory rights will always apply.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not already entered processing or fulfilment.

After this period, cancellation may not be possible, but your statutory return and cancellation rights are not affected.

5. Final Sale Items

IFENOVA currently has no products or collections marked as final sale under our default return rules.
